IntoMeSea is a new state-of-the-art Quantum Wellness Studio in Santa Monica, California that offers unique integrated wellness therapies designed to ground, balance, and heal through harnessing the powers of water, salt, light, sound, sweat, and energy.
The wellness studio was founded by Jen Williams, a former massage therapist and photographer with an interest in floating and wellness. Williams moved on her dream to build a wellness studio in her local community featuring specialized state-of the art services, treatments, and classes. Offerings focus on healing and achieving peace and zen. IntoMeSea offers specialized therapies (some are one of a kind) such as floatation meditation, high-energy crystal tub soaking, Lucia N°03 Light Travel, salt therapy, and infrared sauna.
We caught up with Williams to learn more about the unique Santa Monica wellness destination.

Signature Treatments: Our specialty at IntoMeSea is really about customizing each client’s experience based on what they want to achieve. For example, if someone is looking to remedy sleep issues or depression, while we are not medical doctors nor do we treat or diagnose, we suggest the benefits of combining the Lucia No3 Light with a Floatation Meditation or a Galactic Soak.
Another popular combination is the detoxification combination of the S.A.L.T. Chamber with the Infrared Sauna and a Float. The S.A.L.T. Chamber is beneficial for pulmonary health and Infrared Sauna wrings out the organs of toxins through the sweating of the skin, thereby allowing the benefits of the Epsom Salt in the float tanks to penetrate into the musculoskeletal system, promoting the ultimate in relaxation We also have additional amenities, which are not typically found in full service spas such as cool energetic devices like the iCube Tesla - Quantum Sound Therapy, and the Pyradym, which is an FDA approved Class one medical device using Physic-Acoustic technology.
Unique Offerings: The most unique offering we have at IntoMeSea is the Lucia Light Therapy. We are one of the only locations to offer this service on the west coast.
It is considered a quantum wellness therapy that activates brainwaves and the third eye otherwise known as the pineal gland. The name “third eye” comes from the pineal gland’s primary function of ‘letting in light and darkness. This gland is the melatonin-secreting neuroendocrine organ containing light-sensitive cells called Photons that control the circadian rhythm of the brain.
The entire experience is about 45 minutes long, and you can wear your normal clothes. You are placed in a private room on a reclined comfortable chair. The light travel therapist joins you. While reclined in the private room, the trained light guide will help you select music, choose a short light sequence demonstration to ensure you are comfortable, and help you connect with your breath. Once the process begins, the “light traveler” will start to experience solid and flickering lights that travel beyond the optic nerve and into the brain’s center where the third eye is located.
Throughout the journey, the traveler can expect to feel various emotions such as joy, deep relaxation, creativity, wonder, and inner peace. The traveler is asked to connect to the rhythms of breath during the session to pair with emotions and stay grounded during more intense feelings. As the meditative state begins, one can experience memories and past journeys as well as see bright colors and intricate kaleidoscopic patterns. (It is important to note that light travel is not for anyone that experiences photosensitivity or is prone to seizures.)
