Insider Tip: My number one tip is to arrive early. We recommend at least 30 minutes prior to your service start time, but I personally recommend giving yourself a full hour or more to use the spa amenities. Use of the steam room, sauna,and vitality pool are an important part of your spa experience. It helps to induce your state of relaxation, soothe sore muscles, and detoxify the body prior to your spa service.
Snacks Served: The spa offers a variety of snacks and beverages, including whole fruit, granola, and berry blossom trail mix. Sahra also features signature vegan Lemon Zen Bites with lemon, coconut, raw cashews, walnuts, agave and coconut flakes made fresh from The Juice Standard. Our most popular beverage is the Iced Passionfruit Jasmine Iced Tea from Art of Tea.
The Sahra Spa Penthouse Suite combines a well-appointed living and entertainment area with private spa accommodations.
Insider Favorite: Our most luxurious and unique “splurge” treatment is also my personal favorite, the Moroccan Journey. The first part of the service takes place in our 1,200-square-foot traditional Turkish Hammam. Guests enjoy a luxurious cleansing experience with black neroli soap, followed by a dual exfoliation including a traditional kese mitt body buffing and soothing shea butter bamboo scrub. Following, they receive the detoxifying benefits of a rhassoul mud masque and moisturize with a Kalahari melon hydrator.
Throughout the experience, guests enjoy a private eucalyptus steam room and relax while immersed in a large soaking tub. The Journey finishes with a 50-minute Sahra Signature Massage inspired by the very best of the world’s modalities including Thai, Swedish and Shiatsu techniques.
