These Eco-Friendly Yoga Mats Are an Art Lover's Dream

Nothing inspires us more to work out than stylish accessories (any excuse to go shopping, right?), so when we discovered Montreal-based Sugarmat's stunning line of yoga mats, we instantly fell in love! 

Their pinnacle collection of 2018 is The Chinoiserie Collection, which is inspired by the decadence of the Orient, often depicted in inspiring wallpaper artwork first popularized in the 17th century. Chinoiserie is a symbol of oriental beauty and fascination during trade between Europe and Asia, and iconic designer Yves Saint Laurent even owned a few pieces in his home.

Some of the exclusive artwork designs featured in Sugarmat's collection were painted in over a total of 100 hours to to capture a modern and vivid oriental fantasy. The mats range from $89-$99, and the collection also offers stylish yoga mat carriers and mat spray.

The Travel Mat comes in five designs and can also be personalized with a custom monogram.

For the yogi on-the-go, Sugarmat also sells travel mats that have an ultra-absorbent synthetic suede top, a natural reversible pink rubber base, high-density cushion, and are designed with water-based inks so the image won't wear out while you work out. They retail for $69, include a travel pouch, and are available in five best-selling designs.
