Himalayan Sea Salt Body Scrub

“This is my favorite as it reboots your skin and energy! It detoxifies, exfoliates, balances skin’s pH levels, and the coconut oil has antibacterial properties.”

This DIY body scrub reboots skin and energy levels, while detoxifying and exfoliating.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil

  • 1 tsp. Sweet Almond Oil

  • 5-10 drops Citrus Essential Oil (grapefruit, lemon or orange)

  • 5 drops Peppermint Essential Oil (optional)

Instructions:

  • Add the salt into a big bowl, followed by the coconut oil, and stir.

  • Add the almond oil, followed by the essential oils. Stir and enjoy in the shower!

Manuka Honey Face Mask
