Known for her subtle approach for enhancing clients’ natural beauty, Salimi has mastered the art of natural cosmetic injectables. Her passion for skincare ultimately led to the creation of her best-selling RESET Oil, which Salimi designed to help prevent bruising and pre-and post-treatment swelling. Formulated with seven clean ingredients and rich in vitamins and antioxidants, the oil has become an essential part of many of Salimi’s clients’ daily regimens and helps to restore and balance the skin.
We chatted with Salimi who shared her favorite beauty and wellness tips, secrets for success, best advice, and much more.
How long have you been a skin expert and nurse?
I’ve been a nurse and skin expert for over 15 years. My passion for skincare began when I saw the incredible impact it can have on people’s confidence and well-being. Helping others feel comfortable and beautiful in their own skin has always been my driving force.
What treatments and services do you offer?
At our clinic, we offer a range of services including natural cosmetic injectables, skin rejuvenation treatments, facials, and personalized skincare consultations. We focus on treatments that enhance natural beauty, ensuring our clients look and feel their best.

What’s your most popular treatment?
Right now, our most popular treatments are Profhilo and peels. Profhilo is an extremely hydrating and tightening treatment using a series of injections of hyaluronic acid. As summer comes to an end, many clients are looking to rejuvenate their skin and remove the sun damage accumulated over the past few months, which peels are perfect for!
Where do you see clients?
I see clients at my office in Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery Group in Beverly Hills and at my practice in Malibu. I also do many house calls where I travel to the patients!
What’s your approach when it comes to natural cosmetic injectables?
My approach is all about enhancing natural beauty. I believe in subtle, refined enhancements that maintain the integrity of my clients’ facial expressions. It’s about feeling refreshed and confident—not about looking drastically different.
What do clients love about coming to you?
Clients appreciate the personalized care and attention to detail they receive. I listen closely to their needs and concerns, creating a customized treatment plan that aligns with their goals. My clients know they’re in safe, caring hands.

What are your favorite skincare lines?
I love using IS CLINICAL, Obaji, Kora Organics, and my very own RESET Oil—which are known for their high-quality ingredients and effective results. These are also the lines I trust for my clients, ensuring they receive the best care possible.
When did you launch Reset Face Oil?
I launched the first Reset Face Oil during COVID and the new revamped version in May 2024, inspired by the desire to create a product that nourishes the skin while promoting a sense of calm and renewal. It’s formulated with natural ingredients that work synergistically to reset and rejuvenate the skin. As a busy mom, it was also important to me to create a product that can replace the need to layer on tons of creams. It’s a one and done, morning rush oil I use to glow on the go.
Future plans?
We are currently working on expanding our skincare line, including new products that will complement the Reset Face Oil in collaboration with a dear friend, Shiva Rose. Each product is being developed with the same commitment to quality and effectiveness. We also plan for the line to continue to highlight our most loved ingredients of arnica and bromelain, which combat redness and swelling.
We’re always looking to innovate and bring new treatments and products to our clients. Expanding our reach and continuing to educate people about natural skincare are also on the horizon.

What inspires you?
I’m inspired by strong women who balance their personal and professional lives with grace. Also my husband, who has always supported me and has taught me resilience, how to push through disappointments, and always keep your passions alive.
Secret to success?
Consistency, passion, and always putting my clients first. Success comes from a deep commitment to what you do and a genuine love for helping others. I always try to be there for my clients even after they leave the office by being available to answer questions.
Beauty secrets?
Less is more! Hydration, a good night’s sleep, and a consistent skincare routine are key. I also believe in the power of natural ingredients to enhance the skin’s radiance.
Wellness tips?
Take time for yourself, both physically and mentally. Regular exercise, meditation, and a balanced diet are essential for overall well-being. And, of course, always wear sunscreen!
Best advice?
Always stay true to yourself and your values. In both life and business, authenticity is what resonates most with others.
How do you like to relax?
I love spending time at the beach, enjoying the ocean’s calming presence. Reading, meditating, and enjoying quality time with my family are also some of my favorite ways to unwind.
