Beauty Boss: Rudi Berry, U.S. Content and Marketing Manager for Beaubble

Rudi Berry.

Our latest Beauty Boss is Rudi Berry, U.S. Content and Marketing Manager for Beaubble—a community-driven platform that gives creators the resources they need to communicate and collaborate with their audiences to co-develop and co-launch products they actually want and need, taking community engagement to the next level.

Created by Jun Young (Jordan) Lim and HeeKyeong Seo, Beaubble’s community is involved through video calls and group chats for the entire product development process—from choosing brand colors to testing out lab samples—resulting in the creation of a personalized collection custom-made for the community. Products are then available to shop via a drop model.

Beaubble has launched B&Rudi with Berry, Sala with model Shanina Shaik, BBxElsa with Elsa Hosk, Pavot with Abbie Herbert, BBxAvrey with Avrey Ovard, and continues to create new launches with Monday Born founded with Teni Panosian. We chatted with Berry to learn more about her role with the company along with her favorite beauty wellness tips, secrets for success, best advice, and much more.

How long have you been with Beaubble?

I’ve worked with Beaubble for over a year creating products and was hired as the U.S. Content and Marketing Manager about three months ago.

What inspired you to join the company?

Beaubble is the most unique beauty company in the industry by far. I was immediately drawn to their community-first business model as a creator, and got to see the behind-the-scenes of how products are made firsthand. With so many beauty brands popping up every day, it was important for me to align myself with a company that was committed to creating high-quality and consumer-first products—and Beaubble does just that!

Tell us about your journey in the industry.

I began creating content in 2020 during the pandemic while my career in the music industry was slow. I started on YouTube, sharing my acne journey and eventually adding in lifestyle, beauty, and fashion content. Since then, I’ve been able to quit my job in the music business and focus solely on the beauty and content creation industry.

I began working with Beaubble to create my first product, the Berry Freckled Pen, in Winter 2022. I have since created another product in collaboration with my community, the Chocolate Dripped Tubing Mascara, and am now the U.S. Content and Marketing Manager for Beaubble.

What are your responsibilities in your role?

Working at a start-up means you wear a lot of hats! I currently manage the Beaubble social calendar, collaborate alongside other brand founders and creators, and manage a small but mighty team in the U.S. My goal is always to share our community-first mission with beauty lovers all over the world.

The B&Rudi Berry Freckled Pen helps create effortless, natural-looking freckles.

Does Beaubble have a hero product?

Not to toot my own horn, but I’d like to say the Berry Freckled Pen is a big one for us! This was created in the summer of 2023 and has quickly become a staple in many people's (and celebrities') makeup routines. We’ve also recently launched an entire brand called GLYF with K-pop star JEON SOMI, and her Illuéte 4 pan highlighter palette is a smash hit in South Korea.

What are your favorite products from the brand?

Again, I’m a little biased because I’ve created my own…but beyond my two products, I’d have to say the Diamond Cherry Balmshell from our collaboration with Avrey Ovard. It’s the perfect shade of sheer cherry red and is completely covered in glitter. I always have one on hand just to look at and not even open. It’s marvelous.

Where are Beaubble products sold?

Beaubble products are sold exclusively on our website in the U.S. and Korea.

Future plans for the brand?

We’re growing so quickly and have a lot of fun plans in the works. We’ll continue to invest in the Asian markets and plan to launch more brands and collaborations in the U.S. soon. We are continuing to invest in our current brand partners and can’t wait to share what we are cooking up!

Who inspires you?

Personally, other female brand founders that I look up to include Teni Panosian (founder of our brand Monday Born), Deepica Mutyala (founder of Live Tinted), Carrie Barber (CEO of Make Beauty), Marianna Hewitt (founder of Summer Fridays), Laney Crowell (founder of Saie Beauty), Sona Gasparian (founder of Persona Cosmetics) and Susan Yara (founder of Naturium).

Almost all of these women started out as influencers and moved into the business space over time. This is something I’ve been working towards since starting my content creation journey and it’s so inspiring to see others do it so well. These women seriously do it all and I love following along with them on their business journeys.

The B&Rudi Chocolate Dripped Tubing Mascara gives lashes a warm cocoa tint that sweetens any look.

Secret to success?

I’m not sure it’s a secret, but most definitely hard work and staying true to yourself have paid off the most for me personally. It’s one thing to be creative and understand what people want, it’s another thing to be able to execute that. It’s an important balance to strike.

Beauty secrets?

Beaubble and I are working on a third product together! So excited to start sharing more, but I can say that the third product came naturally out of the feedback and multiple ways people were using the Berry Freckled Pen. We’ve been teasing it quite a bit and can’t wait to get our community involved!

Wellness tips?

I would say my top wellness tip is simply finding time to take care of yourself. Whether that’s skincare, makeup, haircare, or otherwise, taking time for self-care is beauty and helps improve your life.

Best advice?

Find the people you admire in life and reach out to them, they’re usually more available and willing to help and talk than you may think!

Favorite way to relax?

I love finding new music and hanging with my two dogs, Hattie and Penny!
