Southern California's Cafe Gratitude Introduces Wellness Reset Menu
Cafe Gratitude’s Wellness Reset menu includes Brain Soother Juice made with cucumbers, celery, apple, and fennel.
Whether you’re looking to boost your health and diet in the new year or you want to ease stress and fatigue, Cafe Gratitude has introduced the Wellness Reset in collaboration with Medical Medium. Available as a 1-day protocol and 3-day protocol, the daily menu features fresh juices, smoothies, soups, and optional stew or salad add-ons.

The Medical Medium x Cafe Gratitude Wellness Reset highlights recipes that utilize health ingredients, providing the body with the nutrients, antioxidants, phytochemicals, and minerals it needs to move towards brighter health and vitality. Menu highlights include spiced squash soup, celery juice, a Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie, and massaged kale salad, among others.
The Wellness Reset Menu also features other delicious options including Spiced Squash Soup.
The 1-day protocol costs $80 and can be purchased online or in-store at the Larchmont or Venice locations for pickup or delivery any day of the week between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. The 3-day protocol costs $225 and can be purchased online for pickup or delivered on Mondays and Thursdays between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.
Cafe Gratitude is also unveiling a limited-edition menu co-created with Functional Medicine Practitioner Dr. Will Cole. The Longevity Menu is inspired by his book “Gut Feelings” and offers vibrant, plant-rich, and protein-packed ingredients. Dishes range in cost from $18.50 to $24.50.
Cafe Gratitude’s Longevity Menu features gut-healing dishes such as I Am Sage, a microbiome Mexican chili dish with coconut jasmine rice, roasted red and green cabbage slaw, and braised collard greens.
The Longevity Menu is available from Feb. 11 through May 1, 2025 for dine-in and takeout at Cafe Gratitude’s Larchmont and Venice locations. Menu offerings including a Mediterranean protein bowl, microbiome Mexican chili, and a dish featuring BBQ Lion’s Mane with Okinawan purple potato hash.
