Celebrate Global Wellness Day with Virtual Classes and More from Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel
Global Wellness Day is a day dedicated to living well, promoting good physical and mental health, and experiential wellness activities. Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel is offering an array of complimentary wellness-themed virtual classes, tutorials, and programs on Saturday, June 13 from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (PST).

To participate, head to their Instagram account (@beverlywilshire) and tune in throughout the day to enjoy their various offerings designed to help you unwind and connect more deeply while restoring your mind, body, and spirit.
The Schedule:
Mindful Breathing (7:30 a.m.) Cultivate a healthy body, peaceful mind and vibrant spirit with a 10-minute breathing class with Mindful and Me’s Molly d’Amecourt.
Barre (8 a.m.) Warm up the body with a 45 minute full body Barre3 workout with Luci Prosapio. This balanced and empowering workout combines strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness.
Yoga (9:30 a.m.) Local yogi Soha Panah will teach a 45-minute yoga class from the Rodeo Terrace while donning lifestyle activewear Electric Yoga. This upbeat athletic yoga class will feature a blend of movement, energy and spiritual rejuvenation—a total body and mind workout experience that will leave participants sweaty and clear-minded.
Boxing (11 a.m.) Los Angeles-based studio BoxUnion will teach a 35-minute fitness boxing class from the Hotel’s Mediterranean-style pool. Designed for all levels, this high-energy, music-driven fitness boxing workout combines shadowboxing, HIIT, and bodyweight strength for a sweat-inducing, mind and body experience. No equipment, fitness, or boxing experience necessary.
Fit for the Foodie (12:30 p.m.) Learn how to make THEBlvd's signature avocado toast and the Feeling Pretty Smoothie with Director of Food & Beverage Dan Myers.
111SKIN Tutorial (2 p.m.) Master masking at home with 111SKIN founders Dr. Yannis and Eva Alexandridis. By harnessing the properties from the renowned skincare’s Celestial Black Diamond range, the tutorial will explore how to keep the skin rejuvenated, as well as the importance of overall health and wellness in lifestyle choices and skin care.
The Pursuit of Healthy Living (3 p.m.) Named one of the top motivational speakers of 2020 by Develop Good Habits, and the inspiration behind Will Smith’s movie The Pursuit of Happyness, Chris Gardner will inspire with a short video on how to stay, live and be well.
Haircare with Lea Journo Salon (4 p.m.) Learn how to take care of your locks while at home with the celebrity stylists at Lea Journo Salon.
The Benefits of Lavender (5 p.m.) doTTERA Essential Oil Wellness Advocate Sarah Zois will provide an at-home tutorial on the versatile benefits of lavender, including how to best utilize the oil to relieve stress, especially important in today's environment.
Eyebrow Care (6 p.m.) While at home, learn how to take care of brows with the experts at NYC’s Sania’s Brow Bar.
Sunset Meditation (7 p.m.) End the day on a relaxing note with Audrey Slade. Set against Beverly Hills’ breath-taking sunsets from the Veranda Suite, Audrey will lead a mindful meditation that will help slow down racing thoughts, let go of negativity, and calm both the mind and body.
