Ami Wellness Seasons PMS & Cramp Rescue ($39)

A custom herbal blend targets acute symptoms and offers rapid relief to the pain and discomfort caused by menstrual cramps. Key ingredients include cramp bark, Sichuan lovage rhizome (to ease pain and inflammation), and black cohosh root. All-natural, fast-acting results without side effects. A tincture, recommended to take 3 droppers, use as needed for immediate relief.

Aromatherapy Associates Revive Body Brush ($32)

Adding dry body brushing into your body care ritual encourages the renewal of fresh, healthy skin cells and prepares your skin for better absorption of body products. The toning efficacy of the Revive Body Brush is supplied by its natural agave cactus bristles. The rounded tips leave skin supremely smooth, making this a skin care must-have.

Aromatherapy Associates Forest Therapy Bath & Shower Oil ($73)

This clean, fresh and invigorating bath and shower oil is inspired by the Japanese art of forest bathing and was created using a collection of nature’s most caring ingredients such as pink pepper fruit, juniper berry, Mediterranean cypress, and Sicilian lemon. When blended, these ingredients work synergistically, coming together to form a fragrance that’s powerfully effective yet emotionally healing.

Avalon Organics Vitamin C Cleansing Gel ($11.49)

This cleanser is made with a blend of replenishing antioxidants that help wash away impurities without stripping away moisture. In consumer testing, hyperpigmentation was shown to be significantly improved after four weeks of use. Dermatologist tested, safe for sensitive skin.

Ballsy The Handy Shower Tool ($8)

This is a a multi-tasking exfoliator scrub and mask in one. Active ingredients include prickly pear enzyme, flower acid, sodium lactate, and hyaluronic acid.

C’est Moi Clarify Blemish Cleansing Wipes for Acne ($11)
