Historic desert hideaway La Quinta Resort & Club has launched a new recovery-focused treatment menu at its award-winning spa and wellness center, Spa La Quinta. The new spa menu features treatments fusing CBD and cryo, stretching techniques for fascia release, and cutting-edge tools and technologies to promote healing and restoration.

Highlights among the new spa treatments include:
Restorative CBD + Cryo Massage, utilizing the powerful pain relief of cryotherapy with therapeutic grade full-spectrum CBD to target inflammation and tight muscles.
Ignite Balance CBD Candle Massage, combining the calming properties of warm candle wax with the tension relief of CBD for a uniquely healing treatment.
Ultra Lifting + Cryo Toning Facial aimed to minimize pores, reduce puffiness, tighten, and stimulate collagen for a youthful, bright complexion.
Spa La Quinta has also debuted private Fascial Stretch Therapy, a 60-minute one-on-one session that gently eases the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, nerves and internal organs through undulated movements, controlled breath and careful assistance, enabling substantial relief as these connections are relaxed.
Additionally, Spa La Quinta has debuted a new Stretch and Roll fitness clas that is complimentary to all La Quinta Resort & Club guests and utilizes vibrating massage technology.
Spa La Quinta has also launched a technology rental program utilizing powerful percussion tools to enhance guests’ rehabilitation and rejuvenation in the privacy and comfort of their own rooms. Offerings include:
Hypervolt 2 Pro; Venom Back (amplifying the power of heat and vibration)
Venom Shoulder (targeting shoulders and joints)
Normatec Pro Full Body (designed for legs, hips and arms to improve performance)
Hyperice X (for instant contrast therapy)
Vyper 3 along with the Hypersphere (for self-myofascial release)
“We are thrilled to debut this original and restorative spa menu for 2023,” says Spa La Quinta Director Christina Cabrera. “With year-round sunshine and plenty of outdoor recreation options, many of our guests are incredibly active, so this is an excellent, cutting-edge addition to ensure an all-encompassing recovery and wellness experience for the year ahead.”
