Leading luxury wellness brand Sensei — known for some of the world’s most unique and exclusive wellness destinations, programs, and retreats —has launched Collections, a new curated suite of services that are designed to provide guests with an immersive and insightful exploration of key aspects of their well-being.

The first two to debut are Cognitive Fitness and Metabolic Health, with additional offerings expected to launch across all three properties in the future. The collections represent a new expression of Sensei’s personalized approach, introducing a more flexible approach for guests to explore well-being.

Complementing the brand’s structured multi-day programs, these experiences are thoughtfully designed to help guests focus on specific wellbeing areas of interest, helping them to develop long-term habits that align with their lifestyle.

Guests interested in booking one of these collections will participate in a cohesive series of experiences grounded in Sensei’s Move, Nourish, Rest philosophy, while led by expert Sensei Guides and informed by technology and data-driven insights.

Currently, the Collections experiences are available for booking at Sensei Porcupine Creek in Rancho Mirage, California, and Sensei Lana’i, a Four Seasons Resort, with plans to roll out at Sensei at Zadún Los Cabos, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in the future.

The two new offerings include:

  • Metabolic Health Collection. This offers a refined, data-informed experience rooted in the Sensei Way to help guests gain a deeper understanding of how daily habits influence metabolic function, the body’s ability to convert food into energy, maintain cells, and support overall health. At the center of the collection is continuous glucose monitoring, where guests use a lifestyle device to bring awareness to the relationship between nutrition, eating patterns, and daily lifestyle rhythms. Combining real-time data and expert guidance, guests gain a better understanding of how their bodies respond to movement, nourishment, and rest to support greater metabolic awareness and more informed lifestyle choices.

  • Cognitive Fitness Collection. This helps guests gain a deeper understanding of how their mind performs and provides a clear framework for supporting and strengthening cognitive function. Recognizing that cognitive performance is dynamic and influenced by systems such as sleep, metabolic health, stress, movement, and environmental demands, the experience helps guests understand how lifestyle patterns shape mental clarity and resilience. This collection is designed for those curious about how they think and respond, whether they are focused on immediate mental sharpness or long-term cognitive health to gain practical strategies and greater cognitive awareness.

Designed for flexibility, these Collections allow all guests, regardless of length of stay, to engage with Sensei’s renowned wellness services at their own pace, while focusing on their personal intentions and wellbeing goals.”
