Now especially, we could all use a little de-stressing. Serenity Spa by Westgate shares some of their signature spa recipes to help you relax, unwind and rejuvenate at home:
Coconut Milk Scalp Treatment
Ingredients: one towel, DIY hair mask (1/4 cup brown sugar combined with 1/4 cup olive oil or favorite conditioner)
Step 1: Put a towel in the dryer.
Step 2: Massage the DIY hair mask onto your scalp, providing a gentle exfoliation.
Step 3: Once complete, wrap a heated towel around your head, lay down and close your eyes for at least 10 minutes or until towels are cool.
Lip Rejuvenation
Ingredients: brown sugar, small towel
Step 1: Rejuvenate your lips by cleansing with a soft towel and warm water.
Step 2: Remove dead skin cells by rubbing brown sugar onto your lips, making sure to move upwards for additional tightening assistance.
Step 3: Apply a lip balm to maintain hydration.
