Breath Meditation
This is a simple 20-minute guided session providing a practical breathing solution to support removal of anxiety or stress, and increase mental strength, calmness, focus and clarity for optimal brain function.
Astrology Made Practical
Astrology is the study of planetary alignments and its respective influences on human emotion, behavior patterns and consciousness. When used as an organizational tool, it can provide a foundation of clear insight to an improved self-care and wellness practice.
The Experience:
Step 1. Introduction to 3 main signs of Sun, Moon, Rising; what a natal chart means and how to understand it. Finding what each individual is looking for.
Step 2. What a transit reading is and how the current movement of the planets affects us.
Step 3. Deeper understanding of other signs, planets, houses, and aspects and how they influence.
Step 4. Consistent insight and solutions.
