Alisal Ranch Launches Luxury Product Line Inspired by Santa Ynez Valley’s Rich Heritage and History

The ranch is also home to Alisal Spa, which offers restorative spa treatments that have been thoughtfully designed to complement the activities offered throughout the property. Each service incorporates premium products and local ingredients to add a level of authenticity to every experience. The fitness center has a variety of machines and free weights for workouts, in addition to a variety of group classes ranging from yoga to Strength & HIIT.

Alisal Ranch recently introduced its own product line, Alisal Ranch Trading Co., which is inspired by the land and pays homage to its rich history and heritage. The introductory launch included a custom-California-made wellness product line produced in partnership with GARA Skincare from Ojai, and features ethically sourced ingredients and custom scents that are inspired by local flora and fauna. The products are available for use in Alisal Ranch guest cottages and for purchase at The Mercantile.

We chatted with Melissa Moore, Spa Manager at Alisal Ranch, to learn more about special amenities and treatments to try, insider tips, and more.

This restorative treatment renews, transforms, and strengthens using multi-function organic products that are rich in adaptogenic vital nutrients to revitalize the skin.

Alisal Ranch has a 100-acre lake where guests can enjoy complimentary activities such as canoes, kayaks, pedal boats, and stand-up paddle boards.

Insider’s Favorite: My personal favorite is the Aromatherapy Dreams Massage. This is our 90-minute treatment that comes with a massage and body scrub, it's pretty luxurious.

Alisal Spa at Alisal Ranch offers guests a place to relax in-between their adventures on the ranch.

Most Unique Treatment: The most unique treatment might be the Aromatherapy Dreams Experience (90 min for $245). More than a massage, this body treatment features the balancing benefits of wild lavender or botanical neroli to relax and restore. Complete with a rejuvenating scrub, warm cocooning wrap, and full-body massage, this treatment is designed for the utmost relaxation.

Featured Products: We use Kerstin Florian, which is organic, cruelty-free, and vegan except for the Caviar line. The line carries a routine of all sorts of products for face, body, hair and skin with proven results! We also use GARA-homeopathic and organic home-grown products. GARA produces healing salves, hydrosol, creams, and more. We will soon carry body wash, lotion, and shampoo and conditioner in the rooms and mercantile store.
