Insider’s Tip: In addition to arriving 15-30 minutes early to take advantage of our incredible facilities, we encourage guests to practice “digital detoxing” by leaving their electronic devices in their rooms or at the front desk upon entering the spa to enhance their relaxation and create a more mindful and meaningful spa experience. Another great insider’s tip is to combine heat/hydrotherapy prior to your treatment by visiting the steam room, sauna or whirlpool—the heat therapy loosens up the muscles and preps the skin for the experience ahead.

Snacks Served: In our relaxation room, we offer a variety of teas that include chamomile and green tea, as well as refreshing infused water. Homemade granola bars and an assortment of superfood snacks are also offered. In addition, we have sparkling wine available for purchase (it’s included with the Couples Escape Package or Ocean Front Massages).

Manicures, pedicures, and an array of other beauty and body treatments are available at the spa.

Insider’s Favorite: Our Hibiscus Massage Sampler treatment allows guests to get the best of all worlds with a seamless blend of five different types of massages including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stones, Reflexology, and Aromatherapy.

Splurge Treatment: One of our most luxurious offerings is the Heaven on Seven Mile Experience. Perfect for couples, the treatment begins with a blissful 60-minute massage in the spa cabana located directly on the beach. Afterwards, guests will stroll to their oceanfront table in the private gazebo in the sand, where a bottle of sparkling wine and three-course gourmet dinner served by a personal butler await.

For your own solo splurge-worthy experience, our spa offers a lush 90-minute Ultimate Oxygen Facial, an innovative breakthrough in skin health. Combating aging, the treatment uses hyperbaric oxygen to infuse a combination of antioxidants and hyaluronic acids into the pores, giving skin a healthy, youthful glow.

Pairs can also enjoy side-by-side massages and access to a private whirlpool.

Unique Treatment: For those looking to leave our spa positively altered and incredibly immersed, our Seven Chakras Ritual is one for the books. This 90-minute experience uses essential oils to balance your chakra and release stagnant energy within the body, combined with reflexology and an energy balancing hot and cold stone geo-thermal massage.
