Key Features: The spa has a hydrotherapy circuit which consists of the use of the sauna, Scottish shower, steam room, and hot and cold pools. This circuit is complimentary with all therapies and treatments scheduled and guests are guided through it by our staff. Our menu has various categories including regular therapies, Mayan and Ayurvedic therapies, facial and body treatments, and more. We also have a gym equipped with treadmills, bikes, dumbbells, and pulleys.

Guests can relax in various indoor and outdoor lounge areas before and after their services.

Snacks Served: We serve hot and cold mint-infused water during each visit and locally sourced fruits are available for spa guests.

Insider’s Tip: We recommend booking spa services in advance, mainly the gym and hydrotherapy, which are shared but have a limited capacities to ensure privacy and these services are very popular with our hotel guests.

Splurge Treatment: We consider our Ayurvedic therapies such as Shirodhara and Abyhanga to be our most luxurious treatments. These therapies use hot oil mixed with therapeutic grade natural essential oils. The scents and infusions offered in this treatment are personalized based on an Ayurvedic test that the guest performs prior to the therapy. These Ayurvedic techniques offer health benefits such as revitalization of the nervous system and the senses, also balancing the blood tissue, improving, digestion and reducing stress levels.

Unique Treatment: We could say that our house massage, Naj Naay massage, is one of our best sellers. It is a signature treatment exclusive to our Spa. It’s a full-body treatment and includes the use of hot stones and aromatherapy using seven essential oils adapted to each chakra.

Insider’s Favorite: In addition to the house massage and Ayurvedic therapies, our guests enjoy our signature Mayan therapies which include full-body massages and energy cleanses with ancestral techniques from our Mayan culture. This alternative therapy includes the use of aromatic herbs with healing properties such as rosemary, sage and rue, which is an herb native to the region; and mezcal, as well as an auric cleansing with the sacred fire of the 100% natural resin of white copal. It is traditionally used in the region to harmonize energy.
