We Tried REJINS' New All-Encompassing Serum
The best part of being a part of the beauty community is just that—the community.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s a ton of fun to go to events and try new products. The most rewarding part of it all is meeting people and brand owners who share a love of beauty and a common goal to inspire others and make the world a better place.
I recently went to an event and met Jilleo Recio, founder of RĒJINS (pronounced regions) and we instantly connected. RĒJINS is an inclusive wellness brand with the mission of offering simple and effective skin care products for maturing melanated skin. It can, however, be used by anyone who wants to simplify their skin care routine.
As a Filipino-American brand owner, Recio was inspired by the diversity that he saw in everyday life to create his brand and the All-Encompassing Serum. His brand was also born out of the desire to minimize his own self-care routine. Infused with key ingredients including licorice root, green algae and peptides, the All-Encompassing Serum helps to hydrate, improve the appearance of fine lines, and even out skin tone.
As a half Japanese-American myself, I have always been drawn to AAPI brands and was super excited to try out the serum and support the brand. I find the serum to be very nourishing and I appreciate the fact that it is fragrance free as I have very sensitive skin. I really love the gel texture and that my skin does not feel sticky or tacky after application.
I have recently become concerned about the skin on my hands, and always apply any extra serum there as an added anti-aging bonus. If you’re a minimalist (or anyone wanting to make their life easier) who is looking to maximize your skincare routine, the All-Encompassing Serum just might be your new best friend.
The All-Encompassing Serum costs $69.95 and can be purchased on RĒJINS’ website. Be sure to follow @rejinswellness on Instagram to keep up with the brand and their latest updates.
I was sent the serum by the brand to try. #gifted. All opinions, as always, are my own.
