The magnificent facility features an unparalleled hydrotherapy circuit, NIZUC Hydrothermal Experience, exclusive ESPA treatments and products. All of our treatments take place at our breathtaking spa that gives a sense of secluded serenity, creating the ultimate peaceful sanctuary.

All of the treatments that are 50 minutes or more begin with the Signature Ritual: NIZUC Thermal Experience. This guided hydrotherapy circuit will revitalize guests through contrasts of warm and cool temperatures combined with hydro-massage elements. The experience starts in the Aromatic Steam Room, where guests are offered a selection of ESPA body scrubs to renew the skin while enjoying the soft scent of eucalyptus essential oil.

Next, guests will refresh in the Revitalizing Showers, followed by a relaxing sauna experience where the dry heat and scented wood will help stimulate the metabolism. They, they enjoy a refreshing cool mist shower and cool ice crystals from the Ice Fountain to help close your pores. After the Ice Fountain, guests will sunbathe in the Solarium while enjoying the sounds of nature and the relaxing music playing in the background. A warm hydro-massage in the Vitality Pool is then followed by the contrasting Cold Plunge Pool.

Following the cold plunge, guests will experience a scalp massage on the Thermal Loungers, complete with a nourishing treatment and soothing eye lotion pads to relieve and cool the eyes. Then, they will enjoy a serene view in the Outdoor Spa Pool with water cascades and cervical neck jets. The experience is completed in the Relaxation Lounge, where sumptuous organic teas, tropical fruits, and a selection of refreshments are served.

Key Features: Our NIZUC Spa features a sauna, steam room, ice room, solarium, sensations pool, invigorating cold plunge, and relaxation rooms. Besides these, our spa has 18 treatment cabins, including two villas for couples’ treatments. Each villa features a private pool and a beautiful terrace.

Insider’s Tip: We suggest that our guests take their time to enjoy a full spa day to fully appreciate our unique relaxation experience. This will start with the hydrothermal circuit, followed by the treatment of their preference. Then they can enjoy our relaxation area, which includes healthy snacks and herbal beverages. Guests can end the journey by swimming or lounging in the calm and beautiful area at the open-air spa pool.

Insider’s Favorite: Our Rejuvenating HydraFacial™ Treatment is with no doubt one of my favorites. This facial deeply cleanses, exfoliates, extracts, and moisturizes using specific solutions to infuse the skin with rich antioxidants, hyaluronic acid, and multi-peptides. This treatment will instantly revive your skin with its targeted and luxurious HydraFacialTM incorporating ESPA’s natural skin care. After a gentle facial mask to soothe the skin, the treatment finishes with either red or blue LED light therapy to reduce redness, hyperpigmentation, or breakouts.

Unique Treatment: Our Mayan Cacao Signature Service is one of our most unique since it incorporates cacao, which is considered “the food of the Mayan Gods,” along with other ancient elements. It starts with a body scrub followed by a pure cacao oil massage, finishing with Shirodhara—an ancient technique which has been used for centuries to calm the mind. It’s a truly indulgent treatment for guests looking for the ultimate escape.
