Why You’ll Love It: Our guests love our attention to detail. When scheduling, we ask all the appropriate questions to accommodate guests requests, but we also take it one step further. We care about the total guest experience, not just scheduling an appointment or providing a service. This helps us recommend a specific technician that would best suit their needs, to upgrades that could take their experience to another level.

Key Features: Our spa amenities include our boutique retail lobby shop, ladies and gentlemen’s locker rooms, and the co-ed relaxation lounge. Each of the locker rooms include lockers (containing a robe, slippers and clean bath towel), steam room, and experience showers. Our experience showers are a wonderful experience for all guests, especially those who may not be able to experience the steam room due to medical reasons. A programmable program and both wall and ceiling jets provide a customized hydrotherapy experience for everyone.

Snacks Served: COVID-19 guidelines being what they are, we currently offer bottled water and glasses of champagne at the spa; however, we are not currently offering snacks at this time.

Bonus: We pride ourselves in being honored to help celebrate with our guests. If during intake or casual conversation we find out that the guest is there for a special occasion, or if they are part of a wedding or group event, we do our most to make that day special. Complimentary glasses of champagne are offered, as well as occasional free upgrades, depending on the guest’s needs, wants, and occasion. We make it personal and memorable.

Guests can also relax by the swimming pool accompanied by water views.

Unique Treatment: Our most unique treatment is our Detoxifying Journey. It’s a 100-minute service that includes lymphatic drainage, neuromuscular massage and cupping, followed by a charcoal scrub and wrap.

Splurge Treatment: Our most popular luxurious splurge would actually be an add-on service, which is also available for retail. It’s our Shower Her With Roses. It includes a gold-tipped eternity rose in a variety of colors, as well as coordinating flower petals placed in the shape of a heart on the center of the treatment table with the eternity rose in its center. The guests get to take the rose home in a protective box that makes traveling home stress-free. This is a memory they get to take home with them that lasts a lifetime. It's one of our most requested services.

The spa offers a variety of relaxing and therapeutic services from couple’s massages and body scrubs to facials, and more.

Insider’s Favorite: My favorite treatment is the Treasure of the Sea. It’s a 75-minute service involving a body scrub and a massage, which includes the use of a gemstone oil and shimmering gold dust application.
