With three locations dotting northern Utah's Wasatch Front, Sego Lily Spa has been a trusted sanctuary for spa-goers since 2000. Each of Sego Lily's locations has a distinct 'feel' with easily accessible locations in Layton, Bountiful, and Midvale. The largest of the locations, Midvale features 14 private treatment rooms, three couples rooms, hydrotherapy, a vichy Swiss shower, over-sized soaking baths, private steam showers, a large pedicure retreat, and private men’s/women’s locker rooms with steam room and dry-sauna access.

Named after the Native American legend, the sego lily stands as a beautiful beacon, thriving in the arid deserts of the southwest, shining as Utah's state flower. The spa services offered have something for everyone from bath rituals, body treats, massage, facials, and more with nods to the spa's Utah roots and seasonal offerings. We caught up with Taylee Goff, Sego Lily Spa's Marketing Manager, to get the inside scoop:

Why You’ll Love It: Guests love coming to our spa for the total spa experience. From the moment they walk in, they are immersed in the Sego Lily atmosphere. All of our employees are trained to provide the total experience for every guest, which allows all to escape and renew both body and soul. We are known for our unique and innovative treatments that have created a loyal following among our guests.

Key Features: The amenities create the experience in our uniquely designed spa, which is meant to take our guests to a state of tranquility and relaxation. Guests will receive spa sandals as well as a robe to change into when they first arrive. Each of our three locations has a meditation room, which allows relaxation before and after treatments, and offers tea and an assortment of different snacks. We have showers, as well as an array of different products to complete their experience. Our three locations vary in the amenities of steam and sauna rooms.

Insider Tip: We just added nine unique massage enhancements, as well as seven facial enhancements, which will take your massage and facial to the next level. Our guests have loved adding these massage and facial enhancements to create a more customized, targeted, and unique experience.

Bonus: A special bonus is that you receive the full treatment time. If you are receiving a 60 or 90-minute massage, we make sure you get that full time as compared to cutting it down to 50 or 80 minutes.

Unique Treatment: The ultimate Body Cure is a complete head-to-toe treatment that includes the hair and face, along with a full-body creamy scrub and massage—all performed in our Vichy shower room. Our guests who have tried this always leave raving about the treatment.

Splurge Treatment: Our favorite among our guests is the Couples Soak, followed by a 60 or 90-minute Couples Massage in our beautiful Couples Room. Our soaks include a relaxing soak with our unique Sego Lily bath fiz scent, a bottle of chilled sparkling cider, and local Utah treats.
