Sprinkles Partners With Nguyen Coffee Supply to Create Vietnamese Coffee Cupcake for AAPI Heritage Month

Sprinkles and Nguyen Coffee Supply have baked up the brand’s first-ever Vietnamese Coffee Cupcake to honor AAPI Heritage Month.

In honor of AAPI Heritage Month, iconic bakery Sprinkles and specialty Vietnamese coffee company Nguyen Coffee Supply have partnered to create the ultimate sweet treat—a Vietnamese Coffee Cupcake. The special collaboration is part of Sprinkles’ ongoing support of Gold House, a leading Asian Pacific change-maker organization and platform.

This is the second collaboration with Gold House to create a cupcake that shares Asian American flavors and treats across the country. Sprinkles Chief Marketing Officer Michelle Wong implemented and continues to spearhead a series of collaborations with chefs and founders to use the bakery’s national platform to uplift and celebrate diversity through food.

The Vietnamese Coffee Cupcake features delicious coffee cake and coffee frosting infused with Nguyen Coffee Supply's Loyalty Blend with single origin Arabica and Robusta coffee beans with flavor notes of smoked caramel, cacao, pomelo and almond. The cupcake center is filled with a creamy condensed milk buttercream.

Sahra Nguyen, Founder of Nguyen Coffee Supply, has enjoyed Sprinkles cupcakes since her college days and views the collab as a full-circle moment.
