Located in the heart of Beverly Hills, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills recently debuted a new Wellness and Recovery Cabana experience that includes a variety of services on the hotel’s rooftop. Open to both hotel guests and visitors alike, the cabana offers a menu of state-of-the-art wellness treatments that are designed to relax and rejuvenate while surrounding by stunning views of Beverly Hills.

The Wellness & Recovery Cabana’s rooftop services include:
Percussive Massage (30 min): Percussive massage takes deep tissue massage to the next level. The Theragun Percussive Massage device is used alongside tailored massage techniques to immediately reduce muscle strains, pains, and inflammation.
Smart Goggles (30 min): Smart wearable goggles are used for rest, focus, stress, and can alleviate headaches, jet lag, hangovers, and more.
Cold Plunge (3 to 5 min): The body is immersed in water at a very cold temperature to promote muscle recovery, boost the immune system, and reduce inflammation.
Virtual Reality Meditation (30 min): The practice reduces anxiety, discomfort, blood pressure and heart rate whilst transformed via virtual meditation.
Infrared Sauna (30 min): Using infrared light, the sauna penetrates deep into the muscle, helps stimulate collagen, improves blood circulation, relieves pain and eases stress.
Services are available seven days a week, by appointment only. Additional services include cupping, stretching, and massage services, among others. Guests and locals can rent a rooftop cabana for a day through various packages offering rooftop access including a bottle of champagne, fruit platter, and a choice of various wellness services.
