We Tried Nu Skin’s LumiSpa

A spa-like experience at home? Where do I sign up?

The past few years have caused a major change in the way consumers are seeking out beauty products and tools. At home beauty devices are all the rage, and can bring your self-care routine to a whole new level.

I had the pleasure of sitting down with Yoko Little, the VP of Product Marketing for Nu Skin, a leader in beauty and wellness. Their extensive line of at home beauty device systems has brought them to the forefront of the skin care industry.

I was lucky enough to get an insight into the brand and even try out a few of their products, including the LumiSpa. 2022 is looking to be a good year. At least where my skin is concerned.

When it comes to at home beauty devices and beauty products, Yoko emphasized the importance of research and third party clinical trials. She also emphasized the brands focus on personalization and understanding each person’s own individual skin care needs.

I have been using the LumiSpa, one of their best selling devices for several months now. I have to say I’ve really been enjoying it. I have always been an avid lover of at home devices and have upped my game over the years. The LumiSpa is meant to be used twice a day, and removes all the bad stuff (dirt, toxins, makeup and oil) from your skin in a gentle and soothing way. Since using the device, my skin has definitely felt smoother. Of course I’ll always have pores, but I have definitely felt like they are less noticeable.

The oscillating silicone heads deliver just the right amount of pressure which is not abrasive or irritating and can be used on all different skin types. Their treatment cleansers are formulated to work in conjunction with the LumiSpa depending on your specific skin type. Their brand also features complementary products you can also use to boost your skin and up your routine, depending on your specific concerns. Added bonus: The experience of using it is enjoyable – a facial massage is never a bad way to start and end the day.

If you’re looking to splurge on an at home device, I would definitely recommend considering Nu Skin and the LumiSpa. Make sure to follow them @nuskin for all the latest product updates.

Nu Skin also features a full line of collagen and beauty supplements which can be found on the Nu Skin website
