The Edgewater Spa at The Edgewater Hotel

1001 Wisconsin Place, Madison, WI 53703; (608) 535-8240

Within the waterfront walls of The Edgewater Hotel exists one of the most serene spas in the Midwest. From massages and facials to nail services and express treatments, The Edgewater Spa provides the opportunity for professional pampering. The cherry on top? You can choose from myriad add-ons for any treatment—including hot stones, collagen eye pads, and CBD relief.

One of the stand-out treatments is the Himalayan Salt Stone Relaxation Massage. For 80 minutes, a trained massage therapist will massage 84 minerals into your skin. You can choose from heated or cooled salt stones—either way, you’ll experience total relaxation. The salt also helps to detoxify your body, reduce insomnia, and relieve stress.

The spa is closed on Tuesdays. You can book on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. To make a reservation, book an appointment online today or call (608) 535-8240.

Facial Collective

426 W Gilman Street, Madison, WI 53703; (608) 215-1991

Don’t let this spa’s name fool you—Facial Collective offers more than just facials. On a skincare treatment level, you can also opt for a professional, medical-grade peel. As far as medical aesthetics, you can choose to get injectables like Botox and Dysport, microneedling, or collagen stimulation therapy. If you’re in search of wellness over aesthetics, the Facial Collective also offers lymphatic drainage massages.

If you must choose one treatment, though, we suggest the Lift & Glow Facial. This 50-minute facial is a fan-favorite treatment because it leaves you with an otherworldly glow. Featuring peptides, plant-derived stem cells, and enzymatic botanicals, your skin will be exfoliated, hydrated, and smooth.

Though the spa is closed on Tuesday, you can visit from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. On Saturday and Sunday, Facial Collective is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. You can book an appointment online or by calling the number above.
