Head Chef Damien Giliberti, who is a member of the sober community, is combining a personal connection to the timely topic with his passion for culinary excellence to showcase all the fun and flavor to be enjoyed sans alcohol.
The Resolution Rejuvenation Dinner will offer five custom non-alcoholic beverages to pair with Chef’s four-course menu that features nourishing ingredients sourced from local Oxnard growers. Menu highlights include crispy duck breast and shrimp agua chile, in addition to dessert. Featured mocktails range from a Pomegranate Spritzer to a “Liar” Martini, among others.
