Under its new owner, GOCO, a global hospitality consultancy group founded by industry veteran Ingo Schweder, Fivelements will expand into a network of destinations, retreats, and personalized wellbeing programmes.

The roots of the Fivelements brand lie in this riverside retreat, located along the banks of the Ayung River. The property established many of the wellness principles that continue to guide the brand today, from organic cultivation and traditional healing to the responsible use of resources.
Fivelements Ubud is deeply committed to its local community, sponsoring education for children from a nearby orphanage, supporting local village waste-management systems, and helping farmers establish coffee plantations.

Fivelements Samui, Thailand
Opening in early 2027, Fivelements Samui will be set across two hectares of tropical rainforest on the site of a former beachfront hotel in Lamai, Koh Samui. The transformation will introduce a new generation of well-being destinations, incorporating harmonious practices such as Feng Shui, thermal bathing, and rainforest bathing, alongside a dedicated longevity center.
The destination will showcase the island’s natural environment and cultural history, making them an integral part of the guest experience. Continuing the brand’s principle of community care, the property will also include a purpose-built employee village, creating a dedicated home for its team.
Fivelements Leysin, Switzerland
Planned for 2029, Fivelements will transform the historic Les Chamois property into an alpine wellness and longevity destination, aligned with Switzerland’s philosophy around health and well-being.

The development will feature chalets, restaurants, and 4,000 square metres of wellness space designed to support guests on their healing journey.
Fivelements Montenegro
Slated for 2030, Fivelements will continue its European expansion with a property set among the pine forests and alpine landscapes of Biogradska Gora. This will be one of the most comprehensive Fivelements properties and will feature residences alongside a dedicated wellness community.
Here, the local environment and traditions will inform the programme, with the region known for its herbal remedies, seasonal practices, and traditions surrounding fermented foods.
