Chloe Lamb’s personal sexual experience, prior to meeting her soon-to-be husband, Shayan Sadrolashrafi, had unfortunately not been the most positive. Together, they craved a product that would make intimacy easier and more fun, lighten the experience, and make it about exploration and love over negative emotions. This led to the creation of nauox, a sexual wellness brand that started from the need to create a product that would promote sexual healing, exploration, and fun during intimacy.

We chatted with Lamb who shared the inspiration behind the brand, their most popular offerings, future plans, and more.

When was naoux founded and what does the name mean?
Our brand was conceptualised and founded in the month of May 2022. The name nauox itself has essentially no meaning. Whilst this may sound uninspiring, we all believed that having no meaning would ensure our customers and audience have no prior expectation of the brand. We wanted to make sure that from the beginning our brand and products offer something completely unique. We want customers to be curious in their learning about nauox, to completely immerse themselves in our new sexual wellness product offerings and flavor profiles. Exploration is something we want all of our customers to ignite in their relationships with the help of nauox.
Tell us more about your products and what makes them special.
nauox sexual wellness specialises in cocktail-inspired, flavored personal lubricants. Each of our lubricants are created with the highest-quality ingredients including certified organic materials whenever possible to ensure it is safe. Each of the lubricant formulations taste absolutely delicious. They each have their own taste profiles ranging from exotic dragon fruit to jasmine to cocoa. There truly is a flavor for every taste palate making nauox diverse and extremely fun to explore with. We wanted to ensure that each of our lubricants taste natural and delicious—we wanted to make intimacy delicious without experiencing the overly sugary and artificial flavors of other lubricants on the market.
Do you have a hero product? What’s your favorite?
Our hero products truly are our flavored personal lubricants. All of the lubricants are made from natural, organic materials which make them not only safe to use and taste during intimacy, but also extremely delicious. My personal favorite however, is Agave Nectar. I have a huge sweet tooth and naturally gravitate towards fruity cocktails. Which may honestly be the best way to describe how Agave Nectar tastes—imagine a tropical martini with hints of dragonfruit, lychee, and guava!

nauox can currently be found directly on our website. We have some exciting developments regarding our brand's expansion which we cannot wait to share with everybody soon.
What's next for the brand?
All of our personal lubricants are selling out fast on our website! Additionally, we are working towards creating a more complete sexual wellness line which will prolong nauox's unique intimate experience. We are creating a pH-balanced, natural intimate area wash to leave the user feeling moisturized and refreshed, as well as a "Coffee Break" delay spray which will help to prolong the nauox experience. We are always thinking up new products which will help everyone to ignite their appetite for exploration.
