IMAGE Skincare Announces Beauty Industry Veteran Sennen Pamich as New CEO
Leading global skincare brand IMAGE Skincare has named Sennen Pamich as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer. The beauty industry veteran was formerly President of Wella Company Americas and brings more than 30 years of experience in the consumer packaged and luxury goods industries to his role. He also has a long track record of success scaling private-equity-backed and omni-channel businesses.
Pamich’s extensive expertise driving revenue growth at multi-billion-dollar beauty and wellness companies, decades of proven leadership skills, and significant strategic insights will all help accelerate Image’s continued growth, reinforcing its position as an industry leader in the skincare industry.

Prior to his role at Wella Company, which is the world’s second largest retail hair color and professional beauty company, Pamich was Senior Vice President of COTY Professional Beauty, North America. His previous roles include serving as Global President Portfolio Brands and Global President Revlon Salon Division for Revlon Inc., where he played a key role in the integration of Elizabeth Arden and the company’s successful acquisition of the Colomer Group.
Pamich has also held executive and leadership roles at esteemed global beauty and healthcare brands including BVLGARI, Johnson & Johnson, and Procter & Gamble. He earned an M.B.A. in International Business and a B.S. in Business Administration from the U.S. International University.
