Diana established the quality standards, rituals, and operating protocols for Gem Spa and our spa professionals which are still followed today.

Bonus: All guests are encouraged to begin their wellness journey with a complimentary 10-step Hydrotherapy Ritual that detoxifies the skin, soothes tired muscles, and offers a beautiful retreat for the mind, body, and soul. These healing effects are achieved through a guided 90-minute, 10-step “circuit” that features a contrast of warm and cool temperatures, combined with high and low water pressures where the skin is soothed, cleansed, invigorated, and refreshed.

Dining Options: All experiences are completed in a relaxation lounge area where fresh juices, waters, and dry fruit are served along with healthy homemade cookies and a delicious variety of high-quality teas. In addition, guests can experience an intimate dinner for two at the spa. The couple begins their romantic evening with the 10-step hydrotherapy ritual individually, then reuniting with their partner in the luxurious pool of sensations.

After a few hours of pampering, couples are seated at a cozy table poolside to enjoy a delicious menu that matches the ambiance of the spa, ultimately creating a memorable evening for two. This romantic Spa Dinner can be booked directly with Gem Spa or the hotel concierge and is available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays at either 7 or 8 p.m. with the hydrotherapy session beginning at 4:30 p.m. for a 7 p.m. dinner or 5:30 p.m. for the 8 p.m. sitting.

Couples can also experience an intimate Spa Dinner for two by the pool.

Splurge Treatment: Without a doubt, our 80-minute “Inhibit Anti-Aging Facial.” It is a marvelous, restorative treatment that utilizes Germaine de Capuccini’s exclusive new anti-aging formula and required specialized training for our team. The company's new product line, combined with energetic massage techniques based on facial yoga and "cupping," improves product efficacy and immediately begins to restore the skin's tone and vitality while significantly improving wrinkles and expression lines over time.

Guests can cool off and relax in the ice room.

Insider’s Favorite: I would say the “Mayan Princess Massage” has quickly become one of my favorites. This treatment uses the perfect compliment of massage techniques with an orange vanilla mask to soften and revitalized skin as the therapist’s healing hands restore the body’s energy.

Unique treatment: Our “Seventh Wonder Luxury Massage.” This 80-minute treatment combines seven different techniques with seven different scented oils, making for a very complete experience that awakens your senses and provides a deep feeling of relaxation.

At the salon, guests can have various hair, nail, and beauty services.
