There are also some toners that are hydrating (which we have included on our list), but the big difference between face mists and toners is that toners are astringents with specific active ingredients that deep clean and shrink pores, and help maintain skin’s pH balance, while face mists contain nourishing oils and ingredients that help lock in moisture and hydrate skin.
